This Privacy Policy explains how the individual developer publishing games under the JoYYu brand ("we," "us," or "our") processes information when you use Copy & Color Puzzle on Android. It covers the game, its neutral age screen, Firebase Analytics, and rewarded advertising provided through Unity LevelPlay, ironSource Ads, and Unity Ads.
Copy & Color Puzzle is designed for a mixed audience. Everyone may play the same core game. We use the age-screen result only to apply an adult or child-and-unknown privacy treatment. The age entered on the screen is not retained.
1 Scope and developer information
This policy applies to Copy & Color Puzzle, Android package com.joyyu.copycolorpuzzle, and to information processed through services integrated into that game. It does not govern third-party websites, stores, or services that have their own privacy notices.
The individual developer publishing under the JoYYu brand determines how game and analytics information is used. JoYYu is a publishing brand, not a separate incorporated company. Advertising and analytics providers may also process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
2 Information we process
2.1 Age screen information
The age screen asks the player to select an age from 1 to 18 or older. Copy & Color Puzzle uses the selection to determine whether to apply confirmed-adult treatment or child-and-unknown treatment. We do not save the exact age or a birth date. The game saves only the resulting treatment category in local app storage on the device. If an age is not confirmed, the game applies child-and-unknown treatment.
2.2 Game and device information
Depending on how the game and integrated services operate, information may include:
- game progress, level results, tutorial state, feature use, language choice, and locally saved settings;
- app opens, screen views, session duration, gameplay events, rewarded-ad requests, ad-load results, impressions, and reward outcomes;
- app version, package name, device model, operating-system version, language, time zone, network type, and general diagnostic information;
- online identifiers such as an app-instance identifier, App Set ID, installation identifier, IP address, and, for eligible adult users where permitted, an advertising identifier; and
- approximate location inferred from an IP address or device network information. Copy & Color Puzzle does not request precise location permission.
2.3 Information you provide
The current game does not require an account and does not ask players to provide a name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or payment-card details. If you contact us for support or a privacy request, we process the contact details and message you choose to provide.
3 How we use information
We use information for the following purposes:
- provide, maintain, localize, and improve Copy & Color Puzzle;
- save progress and preferences on the device;
- understand game performance, feature use, and player progression;
- load and display optional rewarded advertisements and provide the promised in-game reward after completion;
- apply age-appropriate advertising and privacy settings;
- detect invalid traffic, fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical failures;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable policies; and
- respond to support and privacy enquiries.
4 Analytics
Copy & Color Puzzle uses Google Analytics for Firebase to measure app usage and improve the game. Analytics may process app-instance identifiers, device and app information, coarse geographic information, and events such as app opens, level starts and completions, tutorial progress, feature use, and rewarded-ad outcomes.
The game configures Firebase Analytics with advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization consent denied. Analytics storage remains enabled for measurement. We do not send the exact age selected on the age screen to Firebase Analytics.
5 Rewarded advertising and age appropriate treatment
Players may voluntarily request a rewarded video to receive an in-game recovery resource, such as an eraser. Ads are mediated through Unity LevelPlay and may be supplied by ironSource Ads or Unity Ads. These services may process device, app, network, ad-interaction, and fraud-prevention information to request, deliver, measure, and secure advertisements.
For players treated as children or whose age is unknown, the game sends child-directed and family settings before advertising initializes, opts out of device-identifier use through the mediation configuration, and requests non-personalized, age-appropriate advertising. For confirmed adults, advertising providers may use eligible identifiers to select or measure ads where permitted by law, device settings, provider settings, and applicable consent.
We use versions of ironSource and Unity Ads that are listed in Google Play's Families Self-Certified Ads SDK Program. Certification status and platform requirements can change, so the integrated versions and configuration are reviewed when the game is updated.
6 Service providers and sharing
We share information only as needed to operate the game, provide analytics and advertising, protect users and services, comply with law, or complete a business reorganization. The main service providers currently integrated into Copy & Color Puzzle are listed below.
| Provider | Purpose | Examples of information |
|---|---|---|

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate fraud or abuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of assets. We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising disclosures may qualify as sharing or targeted advertising under some privacy laws, and eligible users may have a right to opt out.
7 Children and families
Copy & Color Puzzle is a mixed-audience game and does not exclude children from the core experience. The age screen is intended to be neutral and is used to apply additional protections to children and users of unknown age. We do not knowingly ask children to submit direct identifiers such as a name, email address, phone number, or precise location.
If a parent or guardian believes that a child provided personal information directly to us or that information was processed inconsistently with this policy, the parent or guardian may contact us as described below. We will review the request and take appropriate action, which may include deletion where required.
8 Data retention and deletion
The locally stored audience-treatment choice, game progress, and preferences remain on the device until the player resets the relevant setting, clears the app's storage, or uninstalls the game. We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, resolve disputes, protect security, and meet legal obligations.
Analytics and advertising providers retain information according to their own settings, policies, and legal obligations. We retain or instruct providers to retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Aggregated or de-identified information may be retained when it can no longer reasonably identify a person.
9 Security and safeguards
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we process. Integrated providers state that covered data is encrypted in transit. No security method is completely reliable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10 Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- request access to or a copy of personal information associated with you;
- request correction or deletion;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- withdraw consent where processing relies on consent;
- opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing where applicable; and
- appeal a decision or complain to a data-protection authority.
You can delete locally stored game information by clearing Copy & Color Puzzle's app data or uninstalling the game. Android privacy and advertising settings may also allow you to reset or limit advertising identifiers. Unity Ads may provide a privacy icon inside an ad through which eligible users can view choices or request provider-level deletion.
To submit a privacy request, email joyyusupport@gmail.com and include 'Copy & Color Puzzle Privacy Request' in the subject. A parent or guardian may submit a request on behalf of a child. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
11 International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than the country where a player lives. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, providers and we use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers.
12 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the game, integrated services, or legal requirements change. The latest version will identify its effective date. If a change materially affects how information is processed, we will provide additional notice where required.
