Before you write.

The email button doesn't open anything. What can I do?

The button opens your device's email app. You can also open Gmail or another email service and send a message directly to joyyusupport@gmail.com.

A rewarded video didn't appear or I didn't receive a reward.

Tell us the game version, approximately when it happened, and whether the video started or finished. Include any message the game displayed. Please don't click advertisements repeatedly to test them.

Can I ask about my child's information?

Yes. A parent or guardian may email us with a privacy enquiry on behalf of a child. Describe your concern without including unnecessary personal information. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.

Does uninstalling remove all information?

Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes locally stored game information. It does not automatically delete information already held by analytics or advertising providers. See the retention and deletion section for more information.
